The figures on this site are measurements of published sources, not advice. This page states what the desk does, what it cannot do, and how it is funded.

Information, not advice

Every page on Licence Lookup India is information, not advice. The rows republish what a named public source listed on the date and hour shown. A registration on the Financial Intelligence Unit list is an anti-money-laundering registration, not an endorsement of any firm. The figures describe what things cost or what a register contains; they do not say what a reader should do.

The reader decides alone and is responsible for their own decision. Nothing here is a recommendation, an offer, or investment advice. If a figure matters to a decision, the reader should check the source linked under the table before acting. The desk does not tell anyone to open an account, to trade, or to avoid trading.

The one measurement and its limits

The desk measures one thing: what the Financial Intelligence Unit lists for a named firm, as published on the regulator's site. The measurement is taken from the public register and republished with the date and hour it was read. The source is named under every table, with a link, so a reader can check the figure at its publisher.

The figures carry the limits of their sources. A row is what the source published, not a finding of this desk. If the source does not list a firm, the table shows that. If the source changes, the page is re-read and the row is corrected with a date. The desk does not add its own judgement to the register.

What the desk is and is not

Licence Lookup India is an independent editorial desk. It is not a broker, not an exchange, not a licensed adviser, and it holds no client money. The desk reads the Financial Intelligence Unit's public list and republishes the rows with the date and hour of reading. It does not sell anything, accept orders, or manage funds.

The desk is responsible for the publication: who reads the sources, how often, and who answers a correction. The desk reads the register on a fixed schedule and answers messages sent to the address on the contact page. No person is named as author; the desk is the author. The desk does not invent an editor, a reviewer, or a spokesperson.

The affiliate relationship and how the site is funded

The site links to one broker, FxPro, through an affiliate link. If a reader opens an account there, the site is paid a commission. The reader pays nothing to this site and nothing extra at the broker. This relationship is stated plainly and does not change the measurement or the text.

The site has no accounts, no login, no newsletter and no comment form. It sets no cookie of its own, runs no analytics, and stores nothing in the reader's browser. The pages are served by a hosting provider which, like any web host, keeps its own technical request logs; the site's publisher does not read a reader's personal data out of them. The broker's own site is operated by someone else, under its own terms and its own privacy policy, and following the link leaves this site.
